An eel-and-cucumber maki crowned with overlapping avocado 'scales' and a sweet unagi glaze. As pretty as it is moreish.
Gorgeous presentation and the eel glaze is addictive.
Tasty and filling. A bit sweet but I enjoyed it.
Avocado was perfectly ripe. Solid roll.
