Sakura TeiJapanese Kitchen
Our story

A small kitchen with big devotion.

Sakura Tei opened its doors in 1998 when the Mori family moved from Fukuoka and set out to recreate the bowls of ramen they grew up with. Nearly three decades later we still simmer our tonkotsu broth for eighteen hours and slice every piece of fish to order.

Our philosophy is simple: honest ingredients, patient technique, and a welcome warm enough to make strangers feel like regulars. Whether you pull up to the chef's counter or settle into the tatami room, we cook for you the way we cook for family.
